Customer Support is the primary mission. If you have a problem or question with any software application or subsystem supported by McNutt Consulting, use the Customer Support link from the list to the left to jump into the customer support request system. The customer support system is a web-enabled application designed to put the support cycle at your finger tips. It allows you to:

  • Add new requests
  • Browse your requests or the requests of other customers
  • Review the status and descriptive text
  • Download any applicable fixes
